The brief

22NatiON wanted to grow a women's activewear brand without cheapening it: paid acquisition that could scale revenue while protecting the look that defines the line.

How we run it

Creative direction sets the standard each drop has to clear. Meta Ads run in cohorts, with audiences tested against the brand's own first-party data rather than platform defaults, and creative produced in-house and refreshed on a steady cadence. The funnel is tracked end to end, so each drop reads cleanly against revenue.

Conversion rate is up 26%. Creative gets sharper with each round, the audience data improves as it accumulates, and the brand holds its look while paid scales. The engagement is ongoing because each quarter has outperformed the last.
